Tights, socks and booties - doll clothes paper pattern
Tights, socks and booties - doll clothes paper pattern
Made to order
It's the little things that make such a difference to an outfit. I love to dress dolls in cosy tights on a Winter's day.
This is a paper pattern to make a pair of socks, a pair of tights and felt booties especially to fit my baby doll (12” / 30cm) and bigger baby doll (16” / 40cm). If you are making for a different doll you may need to make adjustments to fit.
I would recommend that you have a good understanding of sewing to make this outfit, it is designed for adults to make.
Equipment requirements
Before you start you'll need a sewing machine, scissors (paper and fabric), pins, needles, thread to match your fabric. You'll also need the fabric and notions as printed on the envelope of your pattern (see photographs).
Inside the pattern envelope you'll find a booklet with pattern pieces, cutting layout and clear instructions, at the end of the booklet are suggested suppliers and example photographs. The pattern pieces are printed onto high quality tracing paper.
In buying this pattern you are supporting a member of the British Toymakers Guild and the Heritage Craft Assosication!
This pattern is for your own personal use - please do not use for commercial means. Please do not share or reproduce in anyway without my permission.
Not handy with a needle and thread? I can make this for you instead --->
